How to Install Flash Player on Jelly Bean Devices & Nexus Tab

Android 4.1 has came with lots of enhancements like project butter, offline voice typing etc. But one thing which has disappointed was no official Adobe Flash Support on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. This is definitely going to hurt rich internet browsing at least till few more months. But no worries there is a solution for this to install it manually on your Jelly Bean Device. Procedure to get flash on jelly bean devices

• Download the file. Apk of Flash Player from XDA Thread 
• Copy your files to the SD card of your Android device.
• Install it using any File Manager.
• Start the Browser and Go into the Browser settings and uncheck the option of Flash Player (on demand or always on at your discretion)
