USB OTG (On-the-go) is a great functionality to connect your USB devices like pen drives, keyboard, mouse and printers to your android device. USB OTG comes with its own limitations like if you have Samsung phone then you can only connect a Samsung Printer via USB OTG(if you are not using any other third part App). Similarly NTFS formatted USB sticks are not supported on most of Android phones. Whenever a NTFS partitioned drive gets connected to phone, it will be shown as black media. There are solutions available to use NTFS drives on your phone. Read on for details.
** This requires rooted phone **
Well this is one of the simplest solution I have came across to use NTFS partitioned USB sticks on Galaxy S3. Thanks to Paragon Software for making this application. Although this application is still in beta mode but I tried it out on few of my devices and it worked out perfectly.
