Samsung has announced Galaxy S5 at Barcelona along with New Gear 2 , Gear Neo and Fit. Although Samsung has not revealed the pricing at launch event but once again the approximate retail value has been published by Samsung on their website. Read on for details.
Samsung S5 will be launched in 150 countries including India, UK, USA on the date April 11 , 2014. Per the prize logic document for the Galaxy S5 sweep stake Approximate retail value of the Galaxy S5 is $700.

So you can expect unlocked phone to be prized near $700. Contract prizing and carrier prizing might differ a little. But I think it will be same as we have seen for S4.
